Edge Computing

Edge Computing and SDN will drive the design of smarter access networks. In this vision, interconnected nodes are able to provide computing and storage, while a control platform dynamically moves application (running inside Virtual Machines or containers) and creates dedicated networking in order to provide innovative services.

Software Defined Networking

The ability to define networking via software on access networks allows to build specific network infrastructures based on the interaction with mobile or external applications. Through this approach, it is possible to provide flexible and controlled connectivity to users and applications, unlocking a new generation of services.

Internet of Things

A real IoT environment is extremely challenging for traditional technologies. We developed a platform able to provide the flexibility needed for interconnecting smart objects, users, and applications. This infrastructure supports an horizontal approach to the true IoT, where objects and services can be plugged in a controlled environment.
